DaisyDraft ("DaisyDraft," "we," "us," or "our") provides a service that helps small trade businesses turn crew calls and text messages into job logs, invoice drafts, and related business records.

- Invoice draft information: Draft invoice line items, amounts, approval status, edits, notes, and related business records generated through the service.

- SMS consent records: The date and time consent was provided, IP address, user-agent string, consent language shown, checkbox state, source URL, and related records showing how SMS consent was collected.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the DaisyDraft service.
- Create quote and invoice drafts from crew calls.
- Send a transactional MMS message to the registered business owner containing a quote or invoice image generated from their call.
- Respond to support requests and other communications.
- Maintain records of job activity, invoice approvals, SMS consent, and opt-out requests.
- Monitor, secure, debug, and improve our website and service.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, and contractual obligations.
4. SMS messaging and consent
DaisyDraft sends transactional MMS messages to registered business owners containing a quote or invoice image generated from job details they call in. The business owner is responsible for reviewing the quote or invoice and delivering it to their customer. DaisyDraft does not contact the business owner's customers.
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from DaisyDraft, we may record consent details, including the checkbox state, timestamp, IP address, user-agent string, consent language shown, and the page where consent was collected.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any DaisyDraft text message. After you opt out, we will not send further SMS messages to your number unless necessary to confirm your opt-out or as otherwise permitted by law.

5. SMS opt-in data
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or SMS consent records for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS opt-in data is used only to operate the DaisyDraft transactional messaging program, maintain compliance records, process opt-out requests, and comply with carrier, legal, and regulatory requirements.
6. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate DaisyDraft, such as cloud hosting providers, communications providers, database providers, analytics providers, security providers, and AI processing providers. These providers process information on our behalf according to their applicable service terms and are not permitted to use information for their own marketing purposes.

DaisyDraft is designed for business use. Business users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide customer information, job details, call content, text message content, and related business records to DaisyDraft.
Business users are also responsible for using DaisyDraft in a manner consistent with applicable laws, customer commitments, and their own privacy obligations.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and meet carrier or regulatory requirements.
SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with messaging, carrier, legal, and regulatory requirements.
You may request deletion of account information by contacting support@daisydraft.com. We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including records needed for security, billing, dispute resolution, backups, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and SMS compliance.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include encrypted connections, access controls, logging, and cloud security features.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

DaisyDraft is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
